Swiftpak’s commitment to its social conscience has been recognised with B Corporation certification.

The wholesale packaging supplier, who are based in Reading, was recognised with the prestigious award after undertaking a B Impact Assessment. This internationally recognised certification allows for businesses to demonstrate their commitment to social and environmental values.

Swiftpak commitment to sustainability includes a partnership with Ecologi that allows their customers to plant trees to offset packaging waste. The company has also introduced a feature on their website which allows customers to reduce their plastic usage, and they have integrated new sustainable packaging products into their line-up.

Craig Gulley, Managing Director of Swiftpak, discussed the company’s commitment to a better future. He said: “We realise that we don’t only have an impact on our team members and customers but also on the environment and the wider community. We might not have all the answers but we take responsibility and aim to create a positive impact on all stakeholders, which we call the Swiftpak Impact.”

Swiftpak’s ethos is reflected throughout their offerings, with their website stating: “We consider our social and environmental impact as much as our financial returns, taking into account all our stakeholders including the community and the environment.”

According to the certifications website, this award is reserved for “businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.”
